Bringing mind health, body positivity, empowerment, and authenticity - the aim here is to make you as independent as you can be regarding health and wellbeing.

 

Helping you reach Meta (beyond) the Mind to a place that feels more Muse-like, inspired, and free - we use a combination of traditional and inclusive techniques to make mindful self-care and yoga:

WHO WE HELP

Individuals: We help all minds, bodies, and abilities to take back control of their own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing - and we especially enjoy helping the often overlooked 'underdogs' of society - and those who struggle to find what they need via mainstream healthcare.

Charities & Organisations: Aside from helping individuals - we also create bespoke classes, courses, and content for those who represent an organisation. Far from just corporate yoga that simply helps business' make more money - we are here for much more than that. We're here for employees, clients, and all those who dedicate much of their waking hours to work - ensuring all 'cogs in the machine' find balance.​​

HOW WE TEACH

Moving away from classroom and studio settings where external distractions can be rife and sometimes detrimental to practice - we help people ditch long commutes and awkward small talk with strangers to instead - bring the practice home. Which means: More empowerment and independence. Less group-think comparisons - and much more authentic understanding of self through relaxed introspection.

WHAT WE TEACH

Using ancient practices passed down through generations' of dedicated yogis in the East - mixed together with mindful adaptations to suit modern lifestyles here in the West - we respect both the old and the new. Recognising that not one era, need replace the other. Thus, creating a unified, hybrid, self-care service for all.

Focusing on Mind Health, Body Positivity, Empowerment, and Authenticity - the goal here is to help you take care of yourself, holistically. Meaning, we teach the kind of practices that work on not just the body - but the mind, emotions, and energy - helping to both treat and prevent any imbalances you might be experiencing.

Mindful, physical strengthening and stretching movements performed in time with deep breathing. No force, no comparison - just empowerment.

Peaceful contemplation and stillness - shifting focus away from external distraction to delve deeper into self-awareness, intuition, and purpose.

Breathing exercises designed for a variety of purposes. Such as detox, relaxation, and balance for the mind, body, and emotions. Useful when stressed or busy.

Guided 'deep sleep' meditation for healing, brain training, and stress-relief. Designed for calming the mind and relieving aches and tension the body.

Being less consumed by thoughts and feelings about the past and the future. Becoming fully aware of the present moment to notice subtleties.

Choose any combination of practices to do self-care in your own way - and add others such as Mudra and Bandha, Detox, or Mindfulness In Nature.
